Once we have had our initial meeting, confirmed we are the right fit, have completed onboarding and you have signed our agreement, we get the ball rolling asap!

We have a 7 - 14 day payment period. If you are paying a one-of fee we require a deposit of this prior to beginning and the remainder upon completion. We charge at the end of every month.

Depending on what marketing help you require, we need you to complete our onboarding information. This is a document provided to you after our consulting agreement has been signed. This includes all passwords, brand guidelines and other business information.

We work on a 30 day cancellation period. As we work 30 days in advance this covers the work completed by our team.
